Exporting Web Reports

Hello,

It seems it's not possible to export web reports.  I've found two feature requests for this:

The first of which describes the process of manually inserting into the Reports Definitions table successfully.

Would the same process be ok between DIFFERENT NPM implementations?  I'm thinking exporting the XML definition from one install and importing it into another, or is the code tied to the local install (like the views table) using resource ID's?

I'd hate to have to create the same report on 10 different installs!
