I need to monitor an appliance which is running a modified Linux OS for CPU cycles, memory usage, disk volume, and interface traffic through put data.
The server is running NPM 10.6.1.
The node manager is currently configured to use SNMP v2 to poll the appliance.
After completing the initial setup, NPM is not showing any of the appliance's resources (interface, CPU, memory, or disk volume). The discover completes for the device and a selection bar contains a selection for all resources but there is no list of resources about the selection bar.
Do I need to install a new MIB on the NPM to be able to poll the appliance?
