We have an alert that has the "Do not execute this Action if the Alert has been Acknowledged" box checked in the Trigger Actions/Alert Escalation section of the alert. Even though we acknowledge the alert after a few days the alert will re-trigger even though the equipment was never brought back "up" at any point.
We have a few devices that will be down for an unknown amount of time and rather than remove it from NPM we'd like to acknowledge it as a known problem until we can get that device "up" again.
Anyone have any ideas?
