Issues after deleting Groups

I am deleting and adding nodes using Sonar.  I figured I would delete the groups and dependencies as well.   Now every node on the maps in Atlas says that 'Object status is UP, one or more child objects are in Down state'.   Even if I add the groups back it still shows red on the map.

Any suggestions?
