Hi,
From last 3 months , SW is working fine & we are getting all the configured alerts/events correctly
But since yesterday we are not getting any alerts/events logged into SW event log as well as we are not receiving any e-mails.
Today I checked in the Alert Manager to test the alerts manually. When I do the test manually , event is been logging into the SW event log as well as we received the e-mail.But this is not happening automatically.In SW server also there are no events/alerts recording.
Kindly advise what could be the issue . Really now a days we are facing many challenges with SW.
