I have reviewed other posts related to Liebert CRAC and UNDP's. The problem I am having is specific to the displaying the data collected. The closest I get is with Universal Device Poller Status with "1 value(s)" displayed. I have seen this behavior before and it normal required adjustment to SNMP Get Type and/or Format. In this case I have tried Get or Get Table with Format None or Text I am wondering if someone had other suggestions.
Using OID:1.3.6.1.4.1.476.1.42.3.4.1.2.3.1.3 to collect Temperature in Degrees Fahrenheit.
If I use Get Table, Format None I see the correct temperature passed when testing when assigning the poller. "1 value(s)" is shown on the UNDP poller status table, no data is shown on charts. Historical data is enabled.
If I use Get, Format Text or Format None I get "value was not returned" when testing the poller.
