"Down Interfaces" shows down Cisco, but not Brocade ports

The "Down Interfaces" Resource is a nice way to see down interfaces.

Cisco interfaces show down, but Brocade interfaces to no. I unplugged a fiber to a Brocade that has all ports monitored and it shows "Shutdown", but the port is ubplugged not shutdown. This would show down on a Cisco and be displayed in the "Down Interfaces" recourse. Wondering if the status for the port being seen by SolarWinds as Shutdown is the issue and why it isn't showing as a down interface? Any idea's on how to show down Brocade interfaces under "Down Interfaces" also?

Interface 0/5 is unplugged and should report "Down".
