Poduct Update Page Issues

Hi Everyone,

I would like to understand how exactly the product update page really works. In Our environment we have NPM Netflow VNQM along with SAM 30 days evaluation version in one Server and Another instance containing NPM and NCM alone.

Below is the current Version installed as of now.

Orion Platform 2014.1.0,

SAM 6.0.2,

NPM 10.7,

NTA 4.0.1,

VNQM 4.1

NCM 7.2.1

However if i go to Available Product Update Page i can see all the updates which are already installed and sometime it shows the old ones too like NPM 10.6.1. I tried to ignore them too but it still shows in the list.

If i uncheck this option - "Show all updates, for all currently installed SolarWinds products, including previously ignored updates" It is not showing the Valid Product as well like NCM 7.2.2

Please Help me understand it.
