When installing a fresh version of NPM against an existing database I get the following error running the wizard, "Error while executing script- There is already an object named 'TopologyData' in the database."

I am installing a fresh version of NPM (10.6.1) on a new server and am pointing to an existing database.  I get this error:

"Error while executing script- There is already an object named 'TopologyData' in the database."

when I run the configuration wizard.
