monitoring snmp trap in device POP D_

Hello,I want to send a trap in my device POP_D.I create an new advanced alert manager in solarwinds and when i show it in trap viewer application ,i show this trap:

     sysUpTime=0.00 seconds

     snmpTrapOID=SOLARWINDS-TRAPS:SOLARWINDS-TRAPS

     snmpTrapEnterprise=SOLARWINDS-PRODUCTS:SolarWinds

     NodeName=POP D_

     NodeIP=210.148.20.56

     NodeID=1

     NetObjectName=POP D_

     NetObjectType=Node

     NetObjectID=1

     AlertMessage=

     Property=Trap POP D_ is Up.

Could  you tell me what the problem of this result?I want to show the value of sysUpTime?

Could you give me the steps to send a snmp trap?
