NCM - Difference Detected - Not working with Nexus 5K

I was wondering if someone might be able to point me in the right direction...

 

In our enterprise we have NCM working with all our devices - with email reports showing changes made to the configs as they happen. However, we have 4 Nexus 5Ks, and it is with these devices that I am having the issue - where no emails or reports are given when changes are made to the configs.

 

The devices are setup correctly in NCM, meaning I can download the configs on  demand, and the configs are backed up successfully. Can anyone think of a reason why we're not receiving the emails listing the changes made?
