UDP Alarm on two values in table result

I'm needing a little help alarming on a UDP.

I've got a OID that returns a table of data. I need to be able to alarm on value #6 and #7 when the fall below a certain value (say -45000).

How can I pick only these two values and build an alert on them?

When I went though the UDP I can select to "Use labels from a table column" but I'm not sure what I should be doing here.
