NPM showing Windows Server 2003 devices as having 4GB total memory when it actually has more

We have a relatively new deployment of SolarWinds, and have seen that some devices are showing as having a total of 4GB memory when looking at the Memory Used chart (Node Detail -> Vital Stats tab ->click "Memory Used" dial) when it should actually be higher than this. I've attached a couple screens to show what I'm talking about. We can see in the Asset Inventory tab that SolarWinds recognizes the device as having more than 4GB of memory, but it doesn't display this on the chart. This also seems to only be happening with Windows Server 2003 devices.
