Custom reports when added to schedule to email PDF format of the same is running into error. I get the following message
The same reports when generated individually they work fine and i am able to download the PDF for the same. Raised a solarwinds support case but custom reports are not supported by them.
i am getting the below in the email which says the PDF could not be retrieved for the report.
Does any body know how to resolve it. The support team asked me increase the connection time out value and database time out value to 200 and 900 respectively. Still it does not work.
