Create Alert by Comparing Status of 2 IP's

Hi All,

I Would like to generate an Alert if 2 IP's are down at the same time. and Reset once both the IP's are UP again. The Alert should not generate if only 1 IP goes down.

Please do help me with Trigger and Reset Conditions.
