Unable to Poll Server 2012 R2 Standard with firewall enabled

I'm using NPM version 10.7.

In the advanced firewall settings for Server 2012-R2 Standard, SNMP Service (UDP In) is enabled/allowed for Domain, Private and Public networks.  The same for (UDP Out) and SNMP Trap Service.  This works fine for Server 2012 R2 Datacenter.

Are there any known work-around, or bugs with SNMP in Server 2012 R2 Standard?
