Solarwinds and Paging through Cisco Callmanager

Ok so I’m trying to convince my company to switch from a 3rd party monitoring company for Solarwinds, to in house. I want to have all my bases covered and one hurdle is an automated paging system for when systems go down.

We have Cisco Call Manager with Unity and other extras, and I would think this could be done through the Call Manager somehow. Am I right, if so how? Or is there something better out there?

 

I don't want the Callmanager to necessarily monitor it, just be able to to call us with a message if something went critical.

So if let say one of our servers goes down. I want SW to send a script to my CM, then for my CM to call me with a automated message.
