NPM/NTA/IPAM on 2012 R2 VM

I'm looking to setup a 2012 R2 VM for the following products (NPM/NTA/IPAM).  When looking at the Admin Guide @ http://www.solarwinds.com/documentation/Orion/docs/OrionNPMAdministratorGuide.pdf, I wanted to know if 2xvCPU and 4GB of memory should be sufficient? 

The SQL database will also run on a 2012 R2 VM with 2vCPU and 16GB of memory.
