Which interfaces do I really need to monitor?

I'm new to SolarWinds and in the process of setting up SAM, NPM, and NTA. During the Network Sonar Results Wizard, on the Interfaces tab, it finds 694 interfaces. Obviously, I don't want to monitor all of them, but I'm not sure which ones are most important. Does anybody have a best practice they can share? Thanks!!
