I'm trying to implement a sms alerting on the existing alerts but problem is, we have few site it guys and alerts/sms should go by their respective site, eg. alerts from Canada would go to Canada IT guys and so on. Currently our alerts are generated and then will email to remedy and there, tickets will be generated. As for the site IT guys, we use the outlook rules to do the job. but for sms, anyone had any idea on how to do this? there is way in getascii module by creating a new txt file but in sw alerts, they only append file.
