Server Migration from Physical Hardware Running Windows Server 2008R2 to IBM Blades - Server 2012R2 if Possible

We are currently running 2 Windows Server 2008 R2 hosts for our SolarWinds environment.  One runs the SQL DB, the other all the Orion modules.  I would like to migrate these to 2 IBM HS22 blades, keeping the same route...1 for application and 1 for SQL.  I would like to use Server 2012R2 and SQL 2012 if supported.  We currently are running the following versions:

Orion Platform 2013.2.1, SAM 6.0.2, NCM 7.2.1, NPM 10.6.1, NTA 3.11.0, PM 2.0, WPM 2.0.1, IVIM 1.9.0

Does anyone know if these are supported in Server 2012, or if I need to upgrade and then migrate?  Also is it as straightforward as building the new servers, doing a backup/restore of the NetPerfMon database, then reinstalling the Orion modules on the NEW app server after de-allocating the licenses on the original application server?  I need to ensure the config, nodes, pollers, etc. and historical data are kept intact.

Thanks,
Jeff
