I am not receiving any values for "Average Response Time & Packet Loss" (gauged values) in node view or other related views. I have trawled through the forum with no success. I have tried the NPM tool and checked the network latency tag within a selection of my nodes but in all instances response under that tab are the same - a grey screen and "no data available for that time period" displayed; irrespective of the time interval.
I Suspect its a MIB issue but have no foundation for this. A similar issue posted on the forum gave a fix whereby they used the "Monitor Polling Engines" tool and some other sub options but i cannot find those nor know if they are relevant to me. Can you help?
