need help with complex alerting

I am building a alert based on a UnDP to get power supply information from Cisco Nexus switches and their attached FEXs.  The alert should fire any time the "on" condition is not met for the 6 RowIDs I have listed.

I am getting the following errors when I try to save the alert.

I could use all the help I can get.
