Unable to set two fields in complex condition.

Initially I created an alert trigger to notify whenever there was less than 10% free disk space left on any servers I monitor. This worked fine until I started getting requests from users asking to change the alert threshold on particular servers.  I started going down the road of creating additional alerts for particular servers and filtering them out in the default alert trigger.  I stopped myself and thought there must be a better way. I managed to find this great post on Thwack http://thwack.solarwinds.com/thread/41978

It was exactly what I was looking for.  I went a created a new custom property called "Disk_Threshold" with a text/numerical value and I'm trying modify my trigger condition to look like this

Type of Property to Monitor: Volume

Trigger Alert when any of the following apply

Trigger Alert when all of the following apply

Node Status is not equal to Down

Service is not equal to ABC123

Volume Type is equal to Fixed Disk

          Disk_Threshold is empty

Volume Percent Available is less than 10

Trigger Alert when all of the following apply

Node Status is not equal to Down

Service is not equal to ABC123

Volume Type is equal to Fixed Disk

          Disk_Threshold is not empty

field Volume Percent Available is less than field Disk_Threshold

My issue is configuring the last complex condition "field Volume Percent Available is less than field Disk_Threshold"  I can't set one field without the other field changing back to *

I can only get

field * is less than field Disk_Threshold

or

field Volume Percent Available is less than field *

I have a ticket open with SolarWinds support but I'm not getting any traction at the moment. Has anyone else run into this problem? Do I need to possibly change the property of my alert or the custom property itself? Any help would be much appreciated!
