Universal pollers reports

Hi there,

i would like to reach out to all on creating reports of APC UPS pollers values such as NodeName, IP, SN, Battery status, Age. I tried to use Historical Custom Pollers but not able to get the current values of each pollers.  ideally, would like to generate it in tabular form.
