Quality of Experience: No sensor support for 32 bit operating systems ??

Dear SolarWinds Gurus,

Would anyone please confirm that the error that I see is actually by design? I know it says what it says, but I am kind of confused - I was not expecting such "discrimination" - just checking with humans here
