NPM database size 13 GB

Hi

iam having NPM 10.6 , issue is that NPM database size is 13 GB and i was unable to reduce is below 10 GB so that i can transfer my DB from sql 2005 to new server running SQL 2008

netflow & syslog is disable and also use TRUNCATE TABLE TrapVarbinds after than i compact database but still no reduction on database size.
