Report of all AD accounts sorted ascending by last logon date/time?

Hi all. First post. I did some poking about in the forums and didn't see this question specifically answered. Apologies if it has; I'm under some pressure to get this done quickly.

I need to track the last logon date for all of my AD accounts. This is to aid in aging the accounts to deactivate those that are no longer used. I need to generate a report in SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor. I only need two columns:

Active Directory Username                                   Date and time of last logon

The list needs to be sorted in ascending order by Date/Time of last logon.

Eventually, I want to get more sophisticated; e.g. filter out service accounts that are marked as such in our schema, set alarms for accounts that haven't logged in for over x days, and so forth. But in the words of Mr. Myagi, "Aah, Daniel-san... first learn stand... then learn fly."

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Gregory (your friendly neighborhood sysadmin)
