No WebUI for Engineer's toolset NPM

I am the new admin and found we have Network Engineer's toolset 10.7 setup on one of our servers. I configured the Network performance monitor to actively manage the network and server nodes, no problem. The gotcha is I need to RDP into the server to view NPM which doesn't allow the manager/ desktop guys to access the information.

Where I am confused is there seems to be no Orion directories or Web UI (no web server). Is it possible to have installed the Engineer's toolset without Orion integration?

I ran the Toolset Integration Utility but is is obvious I am missing "stuff" for the WebUI (namely no web server). After pouring over tons of Orion/ Engineer's toolset/ install/ admin guides, etc, I am not sure what my next step needs to be.

I backed up the config files and downloaded the latest greatest 10.9 Engineers toolset demo.

1. Will the demo pickup my license key during the upgrade to become the full version or is there a different download I need?

2. Will it give me the option to install a web server for NPM? Do I need to preload IIS? Should I add these to my existing 10.7 deployment first and how?

I ran several searches but I am just getting up to speed so bear with me if I missed the obvious.

TIA

Mark
