Ports on Switch- up but no traffic?

I have SNMP configured on my Cisco Switch, Machine type Cisco Catalyst 3560 24 ports. But I see no Transmit or Receive under "Current Percent Utilization of Each Interface" on my switches or any other Cisco switches (3560) for my network. Is this an Orion configuration issue or a SNMP configuration applied on my switches? TY for the help.
