Hello, I am trying to deploy a network sensor and am having an issue with it not collecting any data. I built a 2008 R2 64Bit server with 2 NICs for deploying the network sensor too. One NIC is connected to my LAN for access to the server and the other NIC is connected to the span port on my switch. I can see the agent is installed on the server under services and it is running. When I look under the Quality of Experience tab in NPM I see the server I built listed and the node I set the span port up on under that. It lists it as a Network sensor and its status is up.
The problem is that no data is showing up in the QoE dashboard. I can see the packets on the span port but they are not making it to the server. There are no devices in the way to block ports so that can't be the problem. The span port is running at 1GB but the ports I am mirroring are 2 10GB ports in a LAG. Would that cause the issue?
