Running NPM 9.1 SP5, SQL 2005 Enterprise on same box.
We've narrowed down that NPM is locking out my AD account every few hours (sporadic, sometimes it's in minutes). I've checked all services, IIS, event logs, and deleted my accounts in NPM. My userID is not associated anywhere that I can find. We use a service account for everything and I don't even have permission to login to the server with my account, I have to use the service account. Anyone else run into this problem?
