Our Support Center is in the process of converting to Remedyforce. Management is interested in creating a combined dashboard that can show statistics from Remedyforce, Orion and our Cisco call center queues. I told them that I knew it was possible to query the SQL database for Orion stats, but beyond that I wasn't sure what options were available. Has anyone successfully implemented something like this, and can you tell me what tools/components (from Solar Winds or elsewhere) might be helpful in doing this?
