SNMPv3 problem on networking devices.

Good morning everyone,

I still consider myself a novice at networking, but I am learning more and more everyday, and Solarwinds has been my best friend on the job.  I am currently having problems with SNMPv3 on our Foundry switches.  I have managed to get the SNMPv3 credentials to pass in Solarwinds, and reporting(traps, up/down status, memory usage, response time) is working fine, BUT when I do a MIB walk, it will get to about 1000-3000 when it errors out.  The errors are:  Error during Walk:  An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.  Extra Info:  Error Decoding packet.  The other error is:  SNMPv3 - Not in Time Windows - The agent determined that the packet's timeliness was not within threshold.  When I use the SNMPv2c credentials, it works just fine and brings back 10's of thousands of OID's in the walk.  I have already moved all of our devices over to SNMPv3 in Solarwinds, and reporting has been working fine, but the NPM Network Topology and Link Utilization feature in Maps only partially work.  I am not sure if those two features would work correctly with SNMPv2c or not since I had already migrated to SNMPv3 when Solarwinds integrated those two new features.  I remember when setting up the SNMPv3 credentials, I had trouble with the "Context" portion, and ended up having to leave it blank in order for it to work.  I have a gut feeling that SNMPv3 is not setup correctly since MIB walk and SNMP MIB Browser do not work in SNMPv3 but do work in SNMPv2c.  Here is the current SNMPv3 configurations that I have setup on our Foundry devices:

snmp-server view mgmtview internet included

snmp-server view mgmtview interfaces  included

snmp-server view mgmtview system  included

snmp-server view mgmtview mib-2  included

snmp-server view mgmtview iso  included

snmp-server host x.x.x.x version v3 priv username snmp-server group groupname v3 priv read all write all notify all

snmp-server user username groupname v3 access 2 encrypted auth md5 password priv encrypted aes password

access-list x permit host x.x.x.x

access-list x deny any log

I went ahead and included ALL views that I could find because I am not sure if all views are included by default.  I need help getting to the root of this problem ASAP because configuration baseline deadlines are coming up!  ANY input would be appreciated.  THANK YOU!
