We're trying to better understand how our customers research, troubleshoot and triage IT problems, and are looking for people in the Austin, TX area who we can visit.
The visit would last about 1.5 to 2 hours, and we would talk to you and your team to understand:
- What does your process of troubleshooting a problem look like (from initial notification to finding the root cause and remediating)?
- Who is currently involved, and where are the handoffs? How do you currently collaborate?
- What is a big problem you’re currently facing? Go ahead and troubleshoot the problem while we observe
- What you would expect from a perfect pie in the sky troubleshooting machine?
- Any feedback on SolarWinds products or support that you’d like to talk about
