When polling a device how can we put a threshold in on the number of times it reports down.

Example: RTR-Device down twice go yellow, down four times go red.

I see this for applications which return a value which is great. A device returns a status of 1 or 0, I think it would be on the node details configuration screen.

Probably right infront of me in NPM but I it isn't jumping out at me.
