This was just something I threw together to look at my polling inventory across all of my polling engines for nodes, interfaces, volumes, custom pollers, and application components. Additionally, it totals the traps and syslogs for the full day, yesterday. I review this about once a month to see how close to capacity I am across my 5 polling engines.
It doesn't take into account the weight based on polling interval, but it's a good start at deciding if it's time to load balance. This, in conjunction with the Admin>Details>Polling Engines view, is very helpful in keeping an eye on my NMS health.
