Over the past month, we've been noticing that we were missing certain alerts and resets. So far the problem has appeared to be completely random. I was able to find the error code in the AlertLog dbo in the database. The error seems to point to something down the line in an outside mail server but my mail guys are looking for a little more information. They wanted to know how exactly Orion sends emails via the Advanced Alert Manager and if there was a copy of the failed email saved somewhere. I began searching in the knowledge base but didn't find anything except that it uses SMTP to send. Can anyone help me out with some more information?
