Attempting to submit a ticket results in, "Your ticket was unable to be submitted at this time due to an error. Please try again. We apologize for any inconvenience.", in white letters on bold red background. Tried in different browsers and even from different networks. Attempting to submit a ticket via email (which used to work, I think) pretty much bounces. I get an auto-reply with "An important message from SolarWinds Customer Support" saying that I have to use Solarwinds Customer Portal to submit a ticket, and that I should never ever try to submit a ticket via email.
So... Solarwinds Support: down? unknown? unavailable? high response time? high packet loss?
