Automatic placement of nodes NPM 11.5

We just upgraded to NPM 11.5 and I'm lost on trying to get my nodes on the World Map automatically.  What does the SNMP location need to be?  According to the admin guide "If your devices contain information about their location in the OpenStreetMap format, they can be added into the Worldwide Map resource automatically."  What is the OpenStreetMap format?  I've tried a few different GPS coordinates and am not having any luck.
