For some time now, having to alert on reports and reporting history has had to be done with SQL as the canned alerts didn't look at the tables used by the Advanced Alerts. This changed even further with the 11.5 release and using web-based alerts. I had to recreate the report which I published After_Hours_Alerts_-_Last_24_hours.OrionReport. However I've noticed that the report is missing information. I check the AlertHistory tables, and entries have been removed from the previous day. I'm not sure if this is tied to another issue I'm having with the web-based alerts, but this is causing a lack of confidence in what we are able to accurately report on. Now sure if anyone else has noticed this or if I seem to be the only one looking at past triggered alerts.
