NPM 11.5 - web interface issues

When I go to manage nodes in Orion and list by vendor, I'm getting 404 errors on vendor gifs. Is this normal?

Also, why is the engineer's toolset attempting to load on every single page (and failing) - even on pages such as NPM pages? We only have one license of toolset,so I wonder if this is causing some issues across the 50+ users who are consistently logged in to the NPM tool, 1 of which has a license?
