False Alarm: A Node Has Gone Down?

Several times I have been notified through email alerts that varies nodes (access points) have gone down, but are now back up. When I investigate further on our wireless controller, the controller states that the access points have been associated and up for 20+ days. Network latency and packet loss stats, do show packet loss around the time of the alert but only around 12% and never show that the nodes actually went down. Can anybody tell me why an alert was triggered? I have not set thresholds or percentage information, just a straight forward alert to notify us when a node is down. Below is a picture of the packet loss data, but as you can see; it never went down.

Any help is appreciated as several alerts can be triggered throughout the day, which is really false as the node never goes down.

Thanks.
