At my company, we currently use the summary page to display a list of any issues, mainly utilising the 'Nodes with problems' resource.
What I would like to do it add a 'comments' box next to any problem that is shown in the summary page, i.e. add it to where the below arrow is pointing:
The comment box would be used to enter a Support Ticket reference so that any member of the Support Team will know the problem is being looked into already.
Can anyone advise how this can be done? My SolarWinds skills are limited and my SQL knowledge is poor
