We are receiving more false positives for devices being down and the logs all show "has stopped responding (Request Timed Out)" This is on multiple devices at multiple locations for the exact same time period (about 1 hour outage)
All the alerts are coming from devices on the same poller (we have two)
Can anyone think why these down events would be triggered? All I have come up with is ICMP polling being blocked for that period of time.
Any help would be appreciated.
