Since the day of the Solarwinds upgrade it appears that all of SQL servers have had lower reported workloads. Was this expected?

Hi Everyone, 

As per SQL DB manager "Since the day of the SolarWinds upgrade it appears that all of SQL servers have had lower reported workloads.

Was this expected?  The prior averages, max, and min’s all are much different now".  I am looking at the polling settings and nothing has changed.  Has anyone had same experience?  I appreciate your feedback very much.
