Conditional Alert (set to not trigger?)

Hi,

Im currently Monitoring a Router and some windows servers at a couple different location. I have the alerts set up so that when anything goes down the alerts trigger properly. What im wondering is that if the Router goes down (subsequently the servers go down) is there a way to prevent the alerts for the servers, once the router is down?
