uNDP - Chart Data Stops Reporting

Hello,

I'm trying to monitor the number of SIP calls on a router with Cisco CUBE.  What I'm currently tracking (or trying to track) is 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.63.1.3.8.1.1.2.2, row 2 of cvCallVolConnActiveConnection.  Get type is GET NEXT, MIB value type is Raw Value.  No formats are applied.  It's my understanding from reading other posts that this is how you assign a single row of a table to a poller.

The behavior of this one is a little odd to me.  When I first create the poller, despite my testing it from the Assign menu and it claiming the OID is not supported, once I display the chart and the gauge it shows up at its proper number.  Then I walk away and leave it, and when I come back it's been at 0 the entire time, aside from that one peak when I first established it.

It's entirely possible I'm doing something wrong here, but if I am, what's the right course of action?  Do I need to just open up a case?
