my web console does not work

i install Prerequisite of NPM & NPM and configure them,when use it for first time;web console does not work and when i open it,give me this error,please help me

i done work s that was said in this message,But it still was not work.i decided that change solar winds IP adress with IIS server,and test it,but still did not work.and when open solar IP adress,show this message
