I'm in a bind here so I'm seeing if anyone is in the same boat as me. We have a large MPLS network with over 100 branch offices. We are monitoring everything with Orion and are using the VoIP Monitor to test IP voice call quality to/from the branches. One key area where we lack visibility is how the router QoS is working. We have QoS set up for voice, etc on each router but I don't have an easy way to monitor these buckets (queues). Orion is telling me it's seeing transmit discards on the WAN interface so I'm assuming that's because the router is dropping traffic in one of the QoS buckets. I'd like to have an easy way to trend/graph this queues on each router to see how they are perfroming so we know that we may need to tweak those values.
I'm thinking maybe a custom poller would work but I haven't looked into if that's even possible here. Anyone else have this sort of issue and have a way to graph these queues? I've already asked SW to add this feature to their VoIP monitor tool.
